Based in Northampton but originally from Hampshire, photography has been a passion of mine since I first picked up a camera on my 18th birthday - an Olympus SP UZ 1000 bridge camera.
Whilst my results at that stage were dubious, I fell in love with the art and have spent the last 10 years honing my skills and travelling near and far to capture stunning landscapes.
I love the use of bold, vibrant colours in my images, aiming to produce shots that jump off the screen or page and really convey the mood and atmosphere of a place.
I’m also a huge fan of the creative side of photography and using techniques like long exposures and graduated filters to produce scenes that our eyes aren’t capable of seeing, even though they exist right in front of us.
For me, it is shots like this that are really magical - where my camera not only allows me to see another dimension to the the world, but to also share it with others.
I really hope you enjoy my photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.
